Welcome to browse our online store. In these terms and conditions, the "Association" or "We" shall mean VBAHK and the "Customer" or "you" shall mean any person, firm, company or body which places an order with the Association. Please read the Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, Collection of Personal Data and Disclaimer carefully before using our site. By using this site or any part of it, you agree that you have read these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, Collection of Personal Data and Disclaimer and that you accept and agree to be bound by them.

Souvenir Sales Counter:

• This online souvenir store and the Souvenir Sales Counter only open during the World Women’s Volleyball Nations League Hong Kong 2025 (‘VNL’), located at the lobby of Kai Tak Arena. All successful online transactions must be picked up in person at the Souvenir Sales Counter in Kai Tak Arena during the VNL event period. A valid VNL event ticket (or a relevant promotional event ticket) must be presented for entry.
• All orders must be picked up in person at the Souvenir Sales Counter in Kai Tak Arena by 22:30 on June 22 (Sunday). Otherwise, you will need to pick up your order at VBAHK Office in Kwun Tong during office hours (By appointment only). If the order is not picked up within 30 days, the Association reserves the right to refuse any refund requests. 
• In views of venue regulations, water bottles or any other containers will not be allowed in the venue. Individuals who purchase thermos could only collect them before leaving the venue. The Association is not responsible for any disputes arising from violations of these rules."

*There will be a 30-minute break right after the match starts. No further notice would be made in advance for any changes to the opening hours. Please refer to the announcement from the VBAHK in case of extreme weather.

Terms and Conditions for online purchase

1. The selling prices and discounts of all products are subject to the information currently displayed on this Website.
2. All photos and images of products displayed on the online store are for reference purposes only. Precedence is given to the actual products.
3. All items are billed in Hong Kong dollars.
4. You must complete the information on the online form to conduct online transactions.
5. If on-site payment is selected when placing an online order, please make the payment at the Souvenir Sales Counter on the same day within the opening hours. Unpaid orders will be cancelled the following day and new orders should be made.
6. Upon receipt of your order information, the Association will confirm and arrange for self-pickup accordingly based on product availability.
7. The validity of all orders depends on product availability. Any unpaid orders and items in the shopping cart will not be reserved and may still be purchased by other customers.
8. The Association reserves the right to make final decisions regarding any disputes related to stock shortages (including redeemable items) arising from the order of payment.
9. The Association reserve the right to change product prices without prior notice. The acceptance of all orders is subject to our discretion based on inventory availability. 
10. Upon completion of your online transaction, a shopping receipt will be sent to your email address. Please note that all orders are subject to final confirmation based on the availability of products.
11. Once an order is confirmed and payment is made, it is non-refundable except for stock shortages.
12. All confirmed orders must be picked up in person at the Souvenir Sales Counter in Kai Tak Arena by 22:30 on June 22 (Sunday).  A valid VNL event ticket (or a relevant promotional event ticket)must be presented for entry. Otherwise, you will need to pick up your order at VBAHK Office in Kwun Tong during office hours (By appointment only). If the order is not picked up within 30 days, the Association reserves the right to refuse any refund requests.
13. We shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform caused by or resulting from acts of God, fire, flood, accident, riot, war, government intervention, embargoes, strikes, labour difficulties, equipment failures, or any other causes beyond our control.
14. You must acknowledge that the content provided on this website, including but not limited to: text, files, music, sound files, photos, videos, graphics or advertising content is only for you to browse online and is protected by copyright, trademark, patent or other rights. Intellectual property legal protection. You may download content protected by intellectual property rights only for private or non-commercial use. You must keep the entire content and may not reproduce, copy, distribute or create derivative works from the downloaded content without the prior written consent of this website.
15. You may not use the contents of this website for illegal purposes. You are solely responsible for the information transmission process. This website reserves the right to prohibit any illegal behavior that is harmful to the company and third parties, but the company, this website and its employees and directors will not assume any responsibility for your online behavior or inaction. To avoid losses, you must abide by local and overseas laws and shall not engage in illegal activities including but not limited to the following: activities that infringe on others' privacy and damage reputation, such as defamation, slander, harassment, stalking, threats, etc.; and produce and disseminate inappropriate, abusive, defamatory, infringing, obscene, immoral or illegal information.
16. Except for the contract parties of this online shopping, no other person or company has the right to enforce the terms of online shopping in accordance with the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance, Article 623 of the Laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
17. These terms and conditions will be construed in accordance with and governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People's Republic of China ("Hong Kong"). You agree that the courts of Hong Kong shall be non-exclusive courts.
18. Each part of these Terms and Conditions shall apply only to the extent permitted by such law. If any part of these Terms is prohibited or unenforceable in any jurisdiction, only the prohibited or unenforceable part will be declared invalid in that jurisdiction, but this will not invalidate the remaining parts of these Terms or make that part invalid in other jurisdictions. The validity, legality or enforceability of the District will not be affected.
19. If there is any inconsistency or ambiguity between the English version and the Chinese version, the Chinese version shall prevail.
20. The Association reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at its absolute discretion. In case of any dispute, the Association reserves the right to make the final decision.

Returns and Refund Policy:

1. Please check the purchased items carefully at the time of picking-up.  If you find that the items are damaged (excluding intentional damage), please notify our staff at the time of picking-up. No refund or exchange on purchased items after leaving the Souvenir Sales Counter.
2. For any requests for exchanges due to damage, the Association will review whether the justification for returning the item is sufficient and reserves the right to refuse any return requests.
3. Exchanges are limited to immediate replacement and items of the same style/model and must be returned in their original packaging, including all accessories, without any damage or scratches. No exchanges is allowed after leaving the sales counter.
4. Each item could only be exchanged once. All orders are subject to final confirmation based on the availability of products. If the Association is unable to provide any item or service listed in your order, you will be notified via phone or email to arrange a refund as soon as possible.
5. Except for the refund or return situations, this website do not assume any responsibility for direct or indirect risks, losses and damages caused by your use of this website for transactions, and you should bear all the risk. 
6. In the event of any dispute arising from refund or return, the Association reserves the right to make the final decision.
